1. NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP

Strata Lighting ("Strata") is a wholesale supplier of commercial-grade lighting hardware. By using this site and purchasing our products, you acknowledge that this is a Business-to-Business (B2B) transaction. You represent that you are a professional contractor, business entity, or authorized agent with the technical expertise to handle industrial lighting equipment and are at least 18 years of age.

2. INSTALLATION & THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY (The "Ironclad" Clause)

  • Professional Installation Required: All products sold by Strata must be installed by a licensed, insured, and qualified electrical contractor.
  • Independence of Installers: Strata does not employ, supervise, or vouch for any third-party installers. Any "referral list" provided is for convenience only and does not constitute an endorsement.
  • Express Release of Liability: Strata Lighting, its officers, and employees shall have zero liability for:
    • Property damage (including but not limited to structural damage, fire, or electrical failure) arising from installation.
    • Personal injury or death occurring during or after installation.
    • Workmanship errors, including improper waterproofing, mounting, or wiring.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Strata harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from the actions or omissions of your chosen installer.

3. B2B MOBILE COMMUNICATION (A2P 10DLC)

‍By providing your mobile number and opting in, you give express written consent to receive transactional and promotional text messages from Strata Lighting.

  • Program Description: Messages include order confirmations, shipping updates, technical alerts, and occasional promotional offers.
  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
  • Support: For help, reply "HELP" or email inquiries@stratalights.com.
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.
  • Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
